In a move to help boost employment for graduates of Malaysian universities, Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Bhd (alrajhi bank Malaysia) engaged with a total of about 700 students and alumni of three universities during the respective universities’ campus career events held recently. Aimed at encouraging professional discovery and personal growth among jobseekers, the Bank’s first-ever Campus Visit initiative reflects its commitment to nurturing talent and excellence.

alrajhi bank Malaysia took part in Sunway University’s Get Hired Career Fair 2023, Universiti Teknologi MARA’s Career and Industrial Relations Expo 2023, and Universiti Malaya’s Job Fest UM x Talent Bank Career Fair 2023. These programmes were exclusive for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, as well as alumni of the three institutions of higher learning respectively.

During the events, the Bank extended career guidance and advice to students and graduates. This included helping them to discover the opportunities and potential roles based on their academic majors and specializations. Personality tests were also provided to help them understand their personalities and the roles that maximize these traits.

On top of job vacancies available at the Bank, the opportunity to be selected for internship with alrajhi bank Malaysia proved to be the main highlight for students. The Bank received a great quantity of digital CVs submitted by students and graduates alike.
