Dear Valued Customers,

 

During these trying times, Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia stands ready to serve our customers. In line with the recent announcement by the Prime Minister on 28th June 2021, we have revised our Financial Payment Assistance options specially designed for individual customers who are in need of financial assistance.

 

Effective from 7 July 2021, eligible customers may choose from the below options for assistance by submitting the completed Payment Assistance Application Form:

 

 Eligibility Criteria Assistance Offered

All customers (B40, M40 and T20)

a. Six (6) months moratorium or

b. For a personalised payment assistance plan (ie. 3 months moratorium), please email us at relief.assistance@alrajhibank.com.my

 

We encourage all customers who are facing financial difficulties in servicing their financial commitments to also reach out to us. We empathise with our customers who are in need of assistance and we are ready to help. Rest assured that any payment assistance agreed upon will not impact your CCRIS (“Central Credit Reference Information System”) status.

Pelangan yang layak, boleh memilih antara bantuan yang berikut bermula 7 Julai 2021 dengan menghantar Borang Bantuan Pembayaran  yang lengkap:

 

Kriteria Kelayakan Bantuan yang Ditawarkan

Pelanggan Individu (B40, M40 dan T20)

a. Enam (6) bulan moratorium atau

b. Untuk rancangan bantuan pembayaran khusus untuk anda (contoh. 3 bulan moratorium), sila hantarkan e-mel kepada kami di relief.assistance@alrajhibank.com.my

 

Kami menggalakkan semua pelanggan yang menghadapi kesukaran kewangan dalam membayar balik pembiayaan, segera menghubungi kami. Kami berempati dan sedia membantu pelanggan kami yang memerlukan bantuan. Pelanggan diberi jaminan bahawa sebarang bantuan kewangan yang dipersetujui tidak akan mempengaruhi status CCRIS (“Sistem Maklumat Rujukan Kredit Pusat”) mereka.
