Dear Valued Customers,
 

During these trying times, Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia stands ready to serve our customers. In line with the recent Pemerkasa Plus aid package announced by the Malaysian Government, we have revised our Financial Payment Assistance options specially designed for the B40 customers who are registered under the Bantuan Sara Hidup (“BSH”) or Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (“BPR”) as well as any customer(s) who have recently lost their jobs or is experiencing a reduction of income. 

 

Eligible customers may choose the below options from 1st June 2021 onwards for assistance:

 

 Eligibility Criteria Assistance Offered

Customer(s) who are categorized as B40 and registered under the Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) or Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) 

a. Three (3) months moratorium; OR 

b. Reduction of monthly instalments by 50% for the period of 6 months. 

Loss of Employment / Kehilangan Pekerjaan (B40, M40 & T20)
Reduction of Income - Individual or household (all customers) 

Reduction of monthly instalment according to percentage of income reduced. 

 

Customers who are impacted by the Covid-19 crisis but do not fall into the above categories may also apply for assistance and we will review the application on a case by case basis. We encourage all customers who are facing financial difficulties in servicing their financial commitments to reach out to us. For customers in need of assistance, please contact us to choose your preferred payment assistance option. We empathise with our customers who are in need of assistance and we are ready to help. Rest assured that any payment assistance agreed upon will not impact your CCRIS (“Central Credit Reference Information System”) status.

Sejajar dengan pakej bantuan Pemerkasa Plus yang diumumkan oleh Kerajaan Malaysia, kami telah menyemak semula pilihan-pilihan bantuan pembayaran yang kami tawarkan khusus untuk pelanggan B40 dan yang telah berdaftar di Bantuan Sara Hidup (“BSH”) atau Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (“BPR”) serta mana-mana pelanggan yang kehilangan pekerjaan atau menghadapi pengurangan pendapatan. 

 

Pelanggan yang layak boleh memilih antara bantuan yang berikut bermula 1 Jun 2021:

 

Kriteria Kelayakan Bantuan yang Ditawarkan
Pelanggan yang dikategorikan sebagai B40 dan berdaftar dalam program Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) atau Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPN)  

a. 3 bulan moratorium; ATAU

b. Pengurangan ansuran bulanan sebanyak 50% untuk tempoh 6 bulan

Kehilangan Pekerjaan (B40, M40 & T20)

Pengurangan Pendapatan – Individu atau isi rumah (semua pelanggan)  

Pengurangan ansuran bulanan mengikut peratus pendapatan yang berkurang

 

Pelanggan yang terkesan dengan krisis Covid-19 tetapi tidak tergolong dalam kriteria di atas juga boleh memohon bantuan dan kami akan menyemak permohonan tersebut berdasarkan kes. Kami menggalakkan semua pelanggan yang menghadapi kesukaran kewangan dalam membayar balik pembiayaan, segera menghubungi kami untuk membuat pilihan bantuan kewangan yang bersesuaian. Kami berempati dan sedia membantu pelanggan kami yang memerlukan bantuan. Pelanggan diberi jaminan bahawa sebarang bantuan kewangan yang dipersetujui tidak akan mempengaruhi status CCRIS (“Sistem Maklumat Rujukan Kredit Pusat”) mereka.
