The Board of alrajhi bank Malaysia wishes to thank Chief Risk Officer Muhammed Uzman Muhammed Faleel, who stepped up as Interim Chief Executive Officer following Arsalaan (Oz) Ahmed’s resignation.

Syahrul brings over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, with a proven track record of success. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Regional Head, Cash Management, Group Transaction Banking at CIMB Bank. Prior to that, he held the position of Managing Director and Regional Head, Consumer Banking, at CIMB Islamic and Head, Cards Acquisition and Personal Financing, Consumer Banking, at CIMB Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
