Program Pengurusan & Ketahanan Kewangan (URUS)

Dear Valued Customers,

 

Following the announcement by the Government of Malaysia on 13 October 2021, the Banks have worked alongside Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) to offer a new co-created financial assistance scheme called URUS to assist vulnerable customers impacted by COVID-19 pandemic, who continue to experience cash flow difficulties.

 

Application opens from 15 November 2021 to 31 January 2022

 

Eligibility

For B50 individual customers who meet all of the criteria below:
•     Already under an existing payment assistance programme (e.g. Targeted Payment Assistance (TPA), Financial Payment Assistance, bank’s own rescheduling and restructuring, etc.) as at 30 September 2021; and
•     Have a household income of up to RM5,880; and
•     Whose financing is still performing (not in arrears for more than 90 days) as at the date of application; and
•     Experiencing loss of employment or at least a 50% reduction in income.

Susulan pengumuman oleh Kerajaan Malaysia pada 13 Oktober 2021, pihak Bank telah bekerjasama dengan Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) untuk menawarkan skim bantuan kewangan bersama iaitu URUS bagi membantu pelanggan rentan yang terkesan oleh pandemik COVID-19, yang masih menghadapi kesulitan aliran tunai.

 

Permohonan dibuka dari 15 November 2021 sehingga 31 Januari 2022

 

Kelayakan
Untuk pelanggan individu B50 yang memenuhi kriteria dibawah:
•      Pelanggan sedia ada di bawah program bantuan bayaran balik pembiayaan (seperti Bantuan Pembayaran Bersasar (TPA), Bantuan Kewangan, penstrukturan dan penjadualan semula oleh pihak bank dan sebagainya) pada 30 September 2021; dan
•      Pendapatan isi rumah sehingga RM5,880; dan
•      Pembiayaan yang masih berbayar (tiada tunggakan melebihi 90 hari) semasa tarikh permohonan; dan
•      Kehilangan pekerjaan atau mengalami pengurangan pendapatan sekurang-kurangnya 50%.
