Yes. The password verification is part of a planned security enhancement within the MY alrajhi app. You should only enter your password within the MY alrajhi app and never share your password or OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent the Bank.

You may use your existing alrajhi bank Malaysia debit card to access all your accounts.

Do I need to take action now, or can I wait until closer to June 2026? You do not need to take action now. When you select alrajhi bank Malaysia as your bank while paying via DOBW on a merchant platform, the process is as follows: Select DOBW as the payment method. Choose alrajhi bank Malaysia from the list of participating banks. You will be securely redirected to the MY alrajhi app for payment verification. Review the payment details and authorize the transaction in the MY alrajhi app Once completed, you will be redirected back to the merchant's page to complete your purchase. The payment will only be completed after you have successfully authorized the transaction in the MY alrajhi app. Do I need to register to use DOBW? No registration is required. If you are a MY alrajhi user, you are eligible to use DOBW. Can I use DOBW to activate a DuitPlus Savings Account- i in the MY alrajhi app? Yes, you can activate your DuitPlus Savings Account-i using DOBW by performing a fund transfer verification of at least RM20 in a single transaction from your selected bank account. How do I activate my DuitPlus Savings Account-i using DOBW? Business owners are required to visit any alrajhi bank Malaysia branch or Smart Financial Center in person to complete the account opening process, including the submission and verification of required documents. By keeping information up to date, we’re better able to serve you confidently and responsibly over the long term. Why do I need to update my details? Keeping your information up to date helps us better protect your account and ensure everything continues to work smoothly for you. Accurate details allow us to spot unusual activity more effectively and reduce the risk of fraud or unauthorized access. When will I be asked to update my information?
