Up to six (6) months deferment of financing payment is offered to all affected individual and SME customers. In line with Shariah principles, profit will continue to be accrued but will not be compounded during this period. In addition, any replacement of a lost or damaged alrajhi bank Malaysia debit card will be done at no charge to the customer. 

Corporate clients who are affected by the current situation are advised to contact their dedicated Relationship Managers for assistance.
