alrajhi bank Malaysia is extending urgent financial relief to customers severely affected by the recent major gas pipeline fire and subsequent blaze in Putra Heights, Selangor. Recognizing the significant disruption and hardship caused by this incident, the bank is committed to supporting the affected community.
alrajhi bank Malaysia is offering the following immediate assistance to individuals and Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) customers directly impacted by the Putra Heights fire:
- Financing payment deferment: Up to six (6) months of deferment on financing payments will be offered. In adherence to Shariah principles, profit will continue to accrue but will not be compounded during this period.
- Free debit card replacement: Any alrajhi bank Malaysia debit cards that have been lost or damaged as a direct result of the fire will be replaced free of charge.
- Dedicated support for corporate clients: Corporate clients experiencing repercussions from the incident are urged to contact their dedicated Relationship Managers for tailored assistance and solutions.
