• Financing payment deferment: Up to six (6) months of deferment on financing payments will be offered. In adherence to Shariah principles, profit will continue to accrue but will not be compounded during this period.
• Free debit card replacement: Any alrajhi bank Malaysia debit cards that have been lost or damaged as a direct result of the fire will be replaced free of charge.
