- Copy of the original invoice from the tertiary education institution or professional certification body.
- Copy of the original course fee schedule/structure.
- Letter of authorization for alrajhi bank Malaysia to pay the institution or professional certification body directly.
- Latest 3 months' salary slips and personal bank statement reflecting salary crediting.
