Your Rize app will be upgraded to the new alrajhi bank Malaysia app soon
Dear Rizer,
We’re making important changes to enhance your mobile banking experience. By the end of Quarter 2 2025, all Rize customers will transition to our new alrajhi bank Malaysia mobile app offering a refreshed interface, enhanced stability, and the same secure access you’re familiar with.
Here’s what you need to know:
What will change
You will automatically be migrated to the new app when it is launched in Quarter 2, 2025. You will not have access to the Rize by alrajhi bank Malaysia app after that.
Your Rize Savings Account-i will be renamed DuitPlus Savings Account-i (Commodity Murabahah Savings Account-i), and it will be assigned new account numbers. You will be able to view the new account details in the new app.
If you have transfers into your Rize account, ensure you update your transfer details to your new DuitPlus Savings Account-i once you have the new account number.
If you have a Rize Personal Financing-i, ensure you update your transfer details to the new DuitPlus Savings Account-i with the new account number before your next payment due date to avoid any payment disruption.
Your existing transaction limits will be reset to the default settings. Increasing them (e.g., DuitNow to Proxy) will trigger a 12-hour cooling-off period.
What stays the same
Your app User ID, Password and Secure Word remain unchanged.
Your Favorite Recipients and Savings Pots will be migrated automatically and remain unchanged.
You will continue to manage your savings, accounts, and banking needs right on the app. No branch visits are needed.
What you need to do
Once the new app is launched, you can download it from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or HUAWEI AppGallery and log in using your existing Rize User ID and password.
Plan your banking ahead
Please note that the standard 12-hour cooling-off period applies when you log into the new app for the first time and when you increase any transaction limit.
So, to ensure a smooth transition, we strongly encourage all our customers to plan their banking activities.
