Waiver of RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawals
Dear customers,
We are pleased to inform you that, effective 1 July 2026, alrajhi bank Malaysia will waive the RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawal transactions at our self-service terminals, including Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), for all Malaysian debit cardholders.
This move is taken as part of an industry-wide initiative by banks in Malaysia to make everyday banking more accessible, affordable, and convenient for customers.
This means that all Malaysian debit cardholders can now enjoy cash withdrawals at any of the 14,000 bank-operated ATMs or SRMs nationwide without paying any interbank withdrawal fee, regardless of which bank issued their debit cards.
For greater convenience and access to real-time payments, we encourage customers to continue using seamless and secure digital banking services such as online banking, card payments, and DuitNow QR for their daily transactions.
