Update: Waiver of RM1 fee for interbank cash withdrawals

Dear customers,
Effective 1 July 2026, the interbank cash withdrawal fee will be fully waived when you use your alrajhi bank Malaysia debit card to withdraw cash at any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or Smart Recycler Machine (SRM), including alrajhi bank Malaysia ATMs, in Malaysia.
This means that all alrajhi bank Malaysia debit cardholders can now enjoy cash withdrawals at any ATM or SRM nationwide without paying any interbank withdrawal fee.
For greater convenience and access to real-time payments, we encourage customers to continue using seamless and secure digital banking services for daily transactions, such as card payments, mobile banking, and DuitNow QR on the MY Alrajhi app.
