Update On Online Card Payments for Passport/PR/Army ID Customers

Dear customer,
Due to an upcoming system enhancement, customers holding Passport, PR, or Army ID as their primary identification with alrajhi bank Malaysia will be temporarily unable to use their alrajhi bank Malaysia debit card for any online transactions or payments from 12am 20 June 2025 to 12pm, 25 June 2025.
Rest assured, your debit card will continue to work as usual for ATM withdrawals and retail purchases.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding as we work to enhance our systems for better service.
