Upcoming security enhancement for MY alrajhi

 As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the security of our digital banking services, alrajhi bank Malaysia will be implementing a security enhancement for MY alrajhi in July 2026. 
 
Following the implementation, customers will be required to complete a one-time verification by logging in even if biometric login or PIN is currently enabled. 
 
Once the verification has been successfully completed, customers may continue using their preferred login method, including biometric login or PIN, as usual. 
 
What do I need to do? 
No action is required at this time. However, customers are encouraged to ensure they remember their MY alrajhi app password before the implementation date. 
 
If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it through the “Forgot Password” option available on the app.
