Dear customers,

Please be informed that alrajhi bank Malaysia has revised the eligibility criteria for new Affluent Banking customers, effective 15 July 2025. 

Revised eligibility criteria

To qualify as an alrajhi bank Malaysia Affluent Banking customer, you must:

1. maintain a minimum total relationship balance (“TRB”¹) of RM300,000.00 with the Bank at all times,

    

   OR

    

2. invest a minimum aggregate² of RM100,000.00 or such other amount as may be determined by alrajhi bank Malaysia from time to time in any Unit Trust fund, Structured Product-i and/or GoldInvest-i.^.

To qualify as an alrajhi bank Malaysia Diamond Affluent Banking customer, you must:

1. maintain a minimum total relationship balance (“TRB”¹) of RM1,000,000.00 with the Bank at all times. 

    

   OR

    

2. invest a minimum aggregate² of RM500,000.00 or such other amount as may be determined by the Bank from time to time in any Unit Trust fund, Structured Product-i and/or GoldInvest-i.

¹ TRB means total deposits in any current account-i, savings account-i, term deposit-i and/or investments in any Unit Trust fund, Structured Product-i and GoldInvest-i excluding qard-based accounts. 

² In the case of joint-accounts, the customer shall be the primary account holder.

Notwithstanding this revision, the Affluent status of all existing Affluent Banking customers will remain unaffected by this revision until further notice.
