We wish to remind you that the alrajhi@24seven online banking and mobile app were officially decommissioned on 1 July 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your banking services, please download and start using our new digital banking app—MY alrajhi. The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
The MY alrajhi app is designed to make your everyday banking smarter, simpler, and yours. Whether you are saving, transferring funds, managing accounts, or paying bills, it’s now easier than ever.
What you need to do:
- Download the MY alrajhi app on your smartphone.
- Tap ‘Get started now’ and select ‘Existing alrajhi bank Malaysia customers’.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your MY alrajhi login details.
To ensure a smooth transition, please make sure you have a local Malaysian mobile number registered with us.
Note that a standard 12-hour cooling-off period on payments and transfers will apply after your first-time app login.
