The alrajhi bank Malaysia Shah Alam Smart Financial Center, located at Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah 9/A, will be relocated to our new 8 Premier, i-City Financial Center, effective Monday, 21 December 2026.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the banking experience, the new Financial Center will offer a more comfortable and dedicated environment to serve our customers' banking needs.

The Shah Alam Smart Financial Center at the current location will operate until Friday, 18 December 2026. From Monday, 21 December 2026 onwards, customers may visit us at:

Operating Hours

9:15 AM – 4:15 PM (Monday – Friday)

Closed from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM for prayers every Friday

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Our Self-Service Terminals at the Shah Alam Smart Financial Center will continue to operate until 11.59pm on Sunday 20 December 2026.

All accounts currently maintained at the Shah Alam Smart Financial Center will be automatically transferred to the new location. No action is required from customers.

Customers may also continue to carry out their banking transactions via the MY alrajhi app, at any alrajhi bank Malaysia branch, or through Smart Financial Center nationwide.
