Important Update: Our Move to e-Invoicing
Dear customer,
We introduced e-Invoicing at alrajhi bank Malaysia starting 1 July 2025.
This means that for certain transactions, such as fees, profit, and charges, we’ll be using electronic invoices (e-Invoices) to report to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).
How e-Invoicing Works for You
Right now, e-Invoices will be issued only when you request them. This is because, to create an e-Invoice, we need a few extra details from you, such as:
- Your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Your Sales and Service Tax (SST) Registration Number (if you have one)
- Your Malaysia Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC) Code (if applicable)
How to Request Your e-Invoice
If you need an e-Invoice, simply fill out the form here and submit it to your nearest alrajhi bank branch or directly to your Relationship Manager. They’ll handle the rest!
Your Data and e-Invoicing
Here’s an important point about your data: When we process your personal information for e-Invoices that are sent to IRBM, it won’t fall under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Rest assured, alrajhi bank Malaysia will always handle and use your information according to the terms and conditions you’ve already agreed to for any of your accounts, products, services, or agreements with us. Your privacy and security remain our top priority.
