Please be informed that the Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation (Malaysia) Bhd Online Banking Terms and Conditions have been updated and revised. 

If you are an existing customer, the revised Terms and Conditions will take effect on 25 March 2026, except for Clauses 1.4(e) and (f), which will take effect immediately if you are using new DuitNow Online Banking/Wallet services or the DuitNow AutoDebit services. 

If you are a new customer, the revised Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately. 

This revised Terms and Conditions is also accessible on our website under the “Terms and Conditions” page and on the MY alrajhi app.

Customers are advised to review the updated Terms and Conditions to understand the changes.

By continuing to access or use our Online Banking services on or after the effective date, customers will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the revised Terms and Conditions.
