Important Notice: Decommissioning of alrajhi@24seven Online Banking and Mobile App
Dear customer,
We wish to inform you that the alrajhi@24seven online banking and mobile app will be officially decommissioned on 1 July 2025.
To ensure continued and uninterrupted access to your banking services, we kindly request that you download and begin using our newly launched digital banking app—MY alrajhi. The app is now available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store.
For HUAWEI users, the My alrajhi app will be made available soon. Please stay tuned and check for updates via the AppGallery.
The MY alrajhi app is designed to make your everyday banking smarter, simpler, yours. Whether you are saving, transferring your funds, managing your accounts, or paying bills, it’s now simpler than ever.
What you need to do:
- Download the MY alrajhi app on your smart phone.
- Tap ‘Get started now’ and select ‘Existing alrajhi bank Malaysia customers’.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and complete your MY alrajhi login details.
Do note that a standard 12-hour cooling-off period on payments and transfers will apply after your first-time app login.
Important dates:
- Until 30 June 2025: You may continue using alrajhi@24seven for your daily banking.
- From 1 July 2025: Access will no longer be available on the alrajhi@24seven platforms.
