Discontinuation of Gold-i services

Dear customers,

Please be informed that alrajhi bank Malaysia will discontinue all Gold-i services at all branches effective 1 July 2026. Following this date, Gold-i services will no longer be available at alrajhi bank Malaysia. 

If you wish to sell your gold holdings to the Bank, provided the gold was originally purchased from alrajhi bank Malaysia under Gold-i, all requests must be completed before 4.00pm on 30 June 2026.

To sell your gold, please schedule an appointment by contacting our Customer Care team at +603 2332 6000. Do note that the Bank only accepts Gold-i sale transactions for a minimum of 200g.

We understand this change may impact customers with existing gold holdings, and we remain committed to supporting our customers with guidance on alternative options for their gold holdings as and when needed.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this discontinuation may cause, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this change.
