Changes to your alrajhi@24seven app
Dear alrajhi@24seven user,
We’re making important changes to enhance your mobile banking experience. By the end of Quarter 2 2025, we’re upgrading your digital banking experience with the launch of our new alrajhi bank Malaysia app—a seamless and secure platform designed to serve your everyday banking needs better.
Here’s what you need to know:
What will change
Your existing alrajhi@24seven User ID, Password, and Secure Word will not be carried over. You’ll need to complete a new app sign-up process in the new app after you download the new app.
All customers (Malaysians/non-Malaysians) will need to complete this new app sign-up.
Note: For non-Malaysian customers, if your passport has recently been renewed, the system may detect a mismatch with existing records, and the new app onboarding process may be rejected. In this case, please visit your nearest branch to update your details before trying again.
A 12-hour cooling-off period will apply upon your first login to the new alrajhi bank Malaysia app.
Your existing transaction limits will be reset to default settings. Increasing them (e.g., DuitNow to Proxy) will also trigger a 12-hour cooling-off period.
Your existing favorite payees will not be migrated and must be added to the new app.
What stays the same
Your accounts and account numbers will remain the same.
Any future-dated transactions and standing instructions you’ve already set up in alrajhi@24seven will automatically move over to the new app.
Access to alrajhi@24seven
The existing alrajhi@24seven mobile app and online banking website will be discontinued after 30 June 2025. We encourage all users to make the switch early to avoid disruption.
What you need to do
Once the new app launches on 23 May 2025, you can download it from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or HUAWEI AppGallery.
Complete the login process on the app.
Add your favorite payees and review your transaction settings.
Plan your banking ahead
Please note that the standard 12-hour cooling-off period applies when you log into the new app for the first time and when you increase any transaction limit.
So, to ensure a smooth transition, we strongly encourage all our customers to plan their banking activities.
