Branch transformation into a Smart Financial Centre -Johor Bahru branch

We would like to inform the public that, effective 4 March 2026, our Johor Bahru branch will be turned into a Smart Financial Centre as part of our ongoing digital transformation journey. This allows us to deliver faster, more convenient, and more efficient banking services through enhanced digital and self-service channels. As part of this change, cash transactions over the counter will no longer be available at this location.

Digital banking Services

With this shift, we are placing greater emphasis on our digital banking platforms to give customers seamless access to the services they need. They can now manage their accounts, transfer funds, and access a wide range of services through our enhanced digital channels, beyond traditional banking methods entirely at their convenience.

ATM banking services

Customers may also continue to perform cash withdrawals, deposits, and other essential transactions through our extensive ATM network. This includes:

  • Up to three free cash withdrawals at zero fee via the MEPS ATM network per month.
  • Cash deposit services are available at selected MEPS ATMs.
