Enhancing your security with MY alrajhi
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the security of our digital banking services, alrajhi bank Malaysia will be implementing a security enhancement for MY alrajhi on 23 September 2026.
Following the implementation, some customers will be prompted to complete a one-time verification, which includes creating and submitting a new app password.
Once this verification is successfully completed, customers may continue using their preferred login method, including biometric login or PIN, as usual.
What do I need to do?
No action is required at this time. If you are prompted, simply follow the in-app steps to create and submit your app password to complete the verification.
