Additional transition period for MY alrajhi app support on Huawei devices
Dear customers,
We want to ensure you continue to enjoy all our services. To support customers who are still transitioning to supported devices, those using Huawei devices may access the MY alrajhi app until 15 June 2026, subject to further review and operational requirements.
We strongly encourage affected customers to transition to supported Android or iOS devices before 15 June 2026 to ensure uninterrupted access to digital banking services. Supported devices are those on:
Android 11 and above
iOS 16 and above
Please note that when support for Huawei devices ends:
Customers may no longer be able to access the MY alrajhi app on Huawei devices.
Future app updates, features, and security enhancements will not be available on Huawei devices.
Customers may continue to perform selected banking transactions via our branches, Smart Financial Centers, and ATM.
Customers may continue to use their alrajhi bank Malaysia debit cards for payments.
