KUALA LUMPUR, 17 June 2019 – Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia (“ARBM”) today announced the launch of its new internet and mobile banking web browser under a core brand alrajhi@24seven for digital banking. The new alrajhi@24seven offers customers access to online banking services, including viewing of account balances and transaction flows in a hassle-free manner. It also provides customers with refreshed and minimalistic look, engaging and simple online banking experience.

“The evolution of our online banking was a long time coming. We knew we needed our internet banking to reflect the financial institution that ARBM is today, one which weaves banking into customers' digital lifestyle needs. Customers will now able to have digital banking experience and services in a seamless and hassle-free manner.” said Steve Chen, Chief Executive Officer of Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia.

The new platform also provides customers with a modern technology which accelerates and facilitates the integration of a variety of digital service offerings such as Instant Transfer and Duit Now. The solution also brings consumer, business and corporate clients in one platform. As a first step to many more new products and services; the alrajhi@24seven internet banking and new mobile banking app will soon to be made available in smart phone platforms such as Apple iPhone's iOS and Google's Android OS.
