Important note for Non Resident Internet Banking users:

Due to the latest limit upgrade in our internet banking system, the system had auto-reset your Chosen Limit to Default Amount. As such, you are advised to logon to internet banking alrajhi@24seven à Change Limit module à set your preferred Chosen Limit.

It means that you can now adjust your Limit from a minimum of RM0.00 up to RM50,000.00 for Resident and RM0.00 up to RM10,000.00 for Non Resident depending on the type of transaction.

The transaction limit for IBG, JomPAY and Fund Transfer to Other Al Rajhi Account can be maintained up to a maximum of RM50,000.00 for Resident and RM10,000.00 for Non Resident.

How do I Change the Limit?

Step 1: Logon to alrajhi@24seven

Step 2: Select Change Limit

Step 3: Select Transaction and Chosen Limit

Step 4: Select Notification/Alert via Email or Mobile No.

Step 5: Click “Submit” button and apply for TAC

Step 6: Key in your TAC and click “Confirm”

Step 7: Change Limit Successful

How soon will my new set of limits take effect?

Your new limits will take effect immediately.

How many times can I change my transaction limit?

There are no limit set for transaction limit changes.
