As communicated to you in our previous notifications, Al Rajhi Bank has launched e-Statement services for electronic account statements in July 2014. We encourage all our valued customers to sign up for the e-statement services. Please take time to register your email with us if you have not done so already.
To sign-up for e-Statement services, please register your email address at our nearest branch or call our Customer Care Consultants at 1300 82 6000.
If we do not receive your instruction with regard to this by 15th November 2014, we will assume that you wish to continue receiving the hardcopy account statements via mail, in which case, a service fee of RM10.00 per hardcopy account statement will be charged to you. We will commence charging the RM10.00 service fee for November 2014 account statement and onwards.
