Kindly be informed that the following services have been rebranded with immediate effect:

2) DuitNow DuitNow to Proxy*

* DuitNow to Proxy is also known as “DuitNow ID” (i.e. performing fund transfers instantly using either one of the proxy such as mobile number, MyKad/NRIC number or passport number).


Additionally, there will also be a SMS alert by Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia to notify you of incoming funds received from a third party with immediate effect:-

Type of funds

• DuitNow to Proxy

• DuitNow to Account

• Within Bank Transfer (from Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia)

  1. There will be changes to the alrajhi@24seven’s (Personal Internet and Mobile Banking) user on-screen navigation. Please refer to Appendix 1 for the impacted screen navigation screenshots for further details.
  2. The rebranding exercise will also impact the SMS Notification Alert for the outgoing Instant Credit Transfer (ICT) and DuitNow transactions as per Appendix 1.
  3. Please refer to the FAQs as per Appendix 2 for further clarification.
  4. For the SMS alert notification of incoming funds from third party, please refer to Appendix 3 for more information.
