Please be aware that there exists a cloned and copied Al Rajhi Bank Website as well as emails created for the purpose of deceiving unwary customers and members of the public. This fake site and emails have absolutely no affiliation with Al Rajhi Bank whatsoever and have been created with malevolent and impure intentions.
Do not fall prey to online scams and do not be a victim. Our customers are our top priority. Your banking safety and security is of utmost concern to us. Check account balances, statements on a regular basis in order to detect any unauthorised transactions, error or discrepancy.

Are you affected by the floods? We’re here to support you. Please be informed that alrajhi bank Malaysia has flood relief assistance measures to help impacted personal and business customers.
FOR INDIVIDUALS & SMEs
• Up to six (6) months deferment of financing payment can be provided to all affected individuals and SME customers. During this deferment period, profit will continue to be accrued but will not be compounded in line with Shariah principles.
• Replacement of lost or damaged alrajhi bank Malaysia debit cards at no charge.
Applications for assistance should be made by 30 April 2023. Financing should not be in default exceeding ninety (90) days at the point of application and all applications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
