The management of Al Rajhi Bank regrets to inform you that our Kota Kinabalu Branch, including Self Service Terminals (SST) located within the premise, will be closed on 20 November 2020, until further notice, to carry out thorough sanitization and deep cleaning activities in accordance with Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) guidelines, owing to a positive COVID-19 case involving a sales staff of the branch.
The health and wellbeing of our customers, business partners and employees are of utmost importance to us. We wish to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautions and working closely with the health authorities on the necessary follow up measures.
If permitted, we may reopen our SST located at the branch on Saturday 21 November 2020, with the exception of cheque collection and processing.
