The health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and business partners are of utmost importance to us. Since the onset of the outbreak worldwide in early February, we have taken steps to ensure the safety of staff and visitors, such as providing hand-sanitizers at public and office areas in all Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia premises, to include temperature screening at the lobby of our building and requiring visitors to declare any exposure to Covid-19 as well as increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high traffic areas on a daily basis.

Additionally, we have implemented temporary suspension of certain staff travel, encouraging staff to work from home and the temporary suspension of group visits to Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia premises. We have also activated our business continuity plans where employees are working at alternate sites to minimize impacts to our core operations.

This is a clearly rapid evolving situation and  Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia will continually take the necessary measures to collectively ensure the safety of staff, customer and all stakeholders.
