Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to comment on the recent inaccurate news circulating pertaining to our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) heists said to be imperilled to all Al Rajhi Bank customers.

We wish to clarify that there are no such Automated Teller Machine (ATM) heists that have affected customers’ personal data and we would like to reassure all our customers that their account balances and personal information have not been compromised.

The necessary security enhancement as per industry practice is and has always been in place and we will continue to monitor and take all preventive measures needed to protect our customers' data and safeguard their interest.

Kindly be informed that all our ATM banking lobby at all branches arestill open to public on a 24 hour basis, as per normal.
