To apply @ our ATMs
Step 1 Select 'Others'followed by 'SMS Banking Pin Request' from the ATM's menu of services. Follow the instructions given. Once done, you will receive a temporary PIN on your ATM slip.
Step 2 Change your Temporary PIN to a Permanent PIN as instructed to you via SMS
Step 3 Set your primary account so that you may begin transacting right away.

b. Only mobile phone numbers that are registered with Malaysian mobile operators (excluding 018) are accepted.
c. Charges:
– Call charges: Normal telco charges apply
– SMS reply from Al Rajhi Bank: 30 sen (charged by your mobile operator)
SMS Alert
With our free-of-charge SMS Alerts service, you can keep in touch with your Al Rajhi Bank accounts. As long as your mobile phone number is registered with the bank, notices will be generated and sent to you via SMS for your added convenience and security. These include:
  • Cheque cleared
This FREE service is offered to all customers with registered mobile phone numbers (during account opening), and is currently limited to Malaysian mobile phone services only (Maxis/Celcom/DiGi).
